While advancing with road infrastructure works on different fronts and efforts to start new projects, the Municipality of Tandil held the opening ceremony for the public tender called to develop a new stage of the paving plan in 11 blocks. This new instance of the permanent plan carried out by the commune is financed with its own resources, from the Road Investment Fund, a tool established by ordinance several years ago, based on a project raised by the local Executive with the aim of maintaining the development of these types of initiatives. In this case, 11 blocks of Corrientes streets between Reynoso and Duffau will be paved in concrete; Marzoratti between Darragueira and Rosales; Muñiz between Av. Actis and Las Malvinas; Expedition to the Desert between Juldain and Del Libertador; Independence between Las Malvinas and Palacios; Buenos Aires between Figueroa and Reynoso and Primera Junta between Av. Pujol and Vivot. These new works are complemented by those currently carried out by the Municipality, such as the gutter cordon construction plan in 40 different and similar blocks that are being carried out in Salceda and Argerich streets and in Gardey. The offers The offers presented corresponded to the firms Atack SRL (Compulsory Basic Proposal of $89,956,979.00 and Alternative Proposal with Financial Advance for $89,159,986.00) and Galizio Construcciones SRL (Compulsory Basic Proposal of $83,039,367.29 and Alternative Alternative with Financial Advance for $79,429,034.93). A third company participated in the tender, but the envelope with the offers was not opened because all the requirements established for envelope 1 were not met. Now the pre-award commission must analyze the documentation and offers submitted and establish the result of the tender. |
