Main environmental impacts and countermeasures and measures to prevent or mitigate adverse environmental impacts
1 Exhaust gas: For automobile exhaust: strictly implement the annual inspection system for automobile exhaust emissions; at the same time, it is recommended to strengthen greening measures around the parking area; for anti-seepage dry toilets and odors from garbage collection points: take timely measures for the odors generated by improved septic tanks and garbage collection points Measures such as flushing, spraying disinfectants, placing deodorants, etc.; for raw coal screening and crushing of unorganized dust: the screening and crushing workshops shall adopt closed production and spray sprinkler devices for dust suppression; for unorganized dust generated in the yard: the project shall Strengthen the moisture content of raw coal, adopt water spraying to reduce dust, adopt fully enclosed closed storage yard and adopt closed corridors during raw coal transportation to reduce the impact of dust on the surrounding environment; for road transportation dust: set up special personnel to sprinkle water on roads to suppress dust, and vehicles are covered. 2 Wastewater: the greening water of the project is absorbed by vegetation, and no waste water is produced after natural evaporation; the road dust suppression water in the site is naturally evaporated and no waste water is produced. Sewage and unforeseen waste water are collected by anti-seepage dry toilets and reused for agricultural fertilizers in the surrounding dry land. The coal washing wastewater part of the project is taken away by the product and naturally evaporated, and no wastewater is produced. The remaining wastewater is pretreated in a circulating water tank (600m3) and recycled without being discharged. Coal slime water is not discharged; the ground flushing water of the project workshop, vehicle flushing water, initial rainwater and yard leachate, etc. are pretreated by the existing sedimentation tank (42m3) + the newly built sedimentation tank (60m3), and are used as production water supplementary water.
3 Noise: The project should take vibration and noise reduction measures for the production line equipment to reduce the impact of noise on residential areas; rationally arrange the production line, and try to install high-noise machinery and equipment in the middle of the production line to reduce the impact of noise on the surrounding acoustic environment. At the same time, the wall adopts noise reduction and sound-absorbing materials to reduce noise decibels and reduce the impact of noise on residential areas; and the environmental management of the site should be strengthened. 4 Solid waste; for the living and office waste of project employees: after classified collection, regularly entrust the environmental sanitation department to transport and dispose of it; machinery maintenance waste oil: set up a temporary storage room for hazardous waste (5m2); for sediment in the sedimentation tank: unified collection and clearing After that, it is mixed with coal (China Coal) for sale; the coal gangue generated in the coal washing section of the project is entrusted to Guizhou Fuwei Transportation Co., Ltd. to be transported to Panzhou Ruicheng Building Materials Co., Ltd. as raw materials for the production of gangue bricks , Slime is sold as a secondary product, not discharged. |
