In a ceremony held last Thursday at the Municipal Palace, the economic offers of the two companies that passed the approval of the evaluation commission in the tender for the construction of the second stage of the South Sewer Collector were announced.
With the presence of municipal authorities, the “B” envelopes containing the offers submitted by the companies Bruno Construcciones SA ($26,805,006.52) and Obras y Proyectos EG SRL ($23,199,451.91) were opened.
It should be remembered that the official budget is $23,207,800.29, financed by the "Argentina Does" plan of the National Ministry of Public Works and managed through ENOHSA. The term of work will be three months.
This work will cover a three-block section on Saavedra Avenue from Rossi Street to Alisal Street, which will be the continuation of the first stage that is in the completion phase. The new segment will connect an existing sewer chamber and thus provide connection to the Esperanza and COVISOP neighborhoods. In this way, around 20 blocks will have a more direct drain towards the Sewer Plant. |
