Offers were opened for the installation of gas and heating in Elementary School No. 356, in Jacobacci. In addition, the educational portfolio tendered the general spare parts for primary school No. 249 of El Juncal, in Viedma.
The project for Elementary School No. 356 in Jacobacci includes a new gas installation, according to current regulations, and the installation of central heating equipment. For that, the new piping will be built, with a new cabinet, up to the engine room where the boilers will be housed. Also the internal laying of pipes for the supply of gas appliances.
The official budget to carry out the work amounts to $6,526,606.36 and has an execution period of 120 days.
In this tender, Education received two offers. One corresponded to the South Region Labor Cooperative Ltda. with a price of $9,775,241.61. The remaining economic proposal was made by the firm Tranaman, Estela and amounted to $7,075,596.84.
On the occasion, Minister Nuñez held one of the first meetings of his administration. It was with the technical team of the School Infrastructure Directorate of the National Ministry of Education, German Lavalle and Leonardo Galati. The objective was to continue with the institutional link that they maintain in matters of educational infrastructure between Río Negro and the Nation.
During the meeting, professionals from the national portfolio, together with those from the Provincial School Infrastructure Secretariat, agreed on a base of new projects to work on for their approval and subsequent financing.
Likewise, the Provincial Infrastructure team began an exhaustive survey of the needs and priorities based on the precise instructions established by Minister Nuñez.
The Secretary of Infrastructure, Adrián Carrizo, also participated in the opening and meeting; and Education, Duilio Minieri.
Opening Viedma
In addition, the opening of the tender was carried out to carry out the renovations of the Primary School No. 249 of El Juncal, in Viedma.
In this building, the refunctionalization and expansion of the existing sanitary battery are planned to adapt the number of boxes to the need represented by the establishments registration. A toilet adapted to people with mobility difficulties will also be generated.
On the other hand, a semi-covered gallery will be built that will be linked to the exit of the Multipurpose Room. The work has an official budget of $7,392,293.30 and an execution period of 120 days.
For these works, the Cooperativa de Trabajo Región Sur Ltda was presented, with an offer of $8,699,712.60; and CENS SRL, which valued them at $8,796,112.05.
The opening was accompanied by the Secretary of Infrastructure, Adrián Carrizo; the coordinator of the Viedma School Council, Bibiana Wilberger; and the coordinator of Minor Works, Gustavo Nogués. |
