New works for two schools and repairs to buildings in the province were tenderedFrom the Ministry of Planning, the envelopes of a private tender and two price comparisons were opened for works in two schools located in the Federal and Paraná departments, and for repairs in the gallery south of Government House. The investment will exceed 14.9 million pesos.

The works tendered through the Undersecretary of Architecture and Construction, dependent on the Ministry of Planning, Infrastructure and Services, are the construction of new classrooms in the Nina School No. 39 José Manuel Estrada de Sauce de Luna, Federal Department; repairs of the sanitary group of the EET No. 18 Architect Clorindo Testa, from the San Benito locality, Paraná department; and the repair of plaster and humidity in the south gallery of the Government House.
The bidding act was headed by the Undersecretary of Architecture and Construction, Walter Dandeu; the MPIyS coordinator, Oscar Miró, and the Paraná Campaign area chief; María Noel Mauro, with the presence of technical personnel from the SSAyC, and bidders. The MPIyS Evaluation Commission supervised the administrative act.
In relation to the opening act, Undersecretary Walter Dandeu stated that “thanks to all the teams work, we are having an interesting accumulation of works that arise from the identification of needs. These works are done with a budget from the provincial treasury, so we are very happy since we propose the projects from architecture and we have the budgetary support to come up with all these works”.
In the case of Escuela Nina Nº39, the increase in enrollment made it necessary to build new spaces, for this reason it was proposed to implement a quick and effective solution through a private tender. The construction of classrooms with metallic material is planned, with a system called "modular architecture", based on an independent structure, with columns and beams of structural pipes. The vertical enclosures are made of injected polyurethane insulating panels.
The floor of the classrooms will be made of isolated concrete painted with epoxy paint and the perimeter paths will be made of reinforced concrete. The cover will be made of trapezoidal sheet metal and the inner face of smooth sheet metal. The openings will be aluminum moderate line in windows and doors. One of the premises to ponder is the low cost of maintenance. The official budget is 11,216,126.67 pesos.
In EET No. 18 of San Benito, repairs and construction of walls, plaster, foundations, sewage and running water route, subfloor, carpet and floor, ceilings, pipes, wiring, lighting and openings will be made, in addition to the replacement of sanitary devices such as toilets, urinals, backpacks, countertops and taps. The budget is 2,480,511.39 pesos.
In the south gallery of the Government House, repair tasks will be carried out on plaster, humidity, baseboards and general painting throughout the sector to be intervened for a budget of 1,281,771.33 pesos.
The tendered works represent an investment of funds from the province of 14,978,409.39 pesos. |
