The work for the new CIM of the Tiro Federal en Roca neighborhood is put out to tender.
The Municipal Integration Center will be located on Palacios and Don Bosco streets.
The opening of envelopes for the bidding for the work took place this morning.
The city will soon have a new Municipal Integration Center in the Federal Tire neighborhood. This was announced this Thursday by the mayor María Emilia Soria, during the opening of envelopes for the "hiring of labor, machinery and necessary equipment, with the provision of materials, for the execution of the work", which will be located on Calle Palacios and Don Bosco.
The work includes the infrastructure and structural repairs necessary for its correct operation, the building being made up of a multipurpose room, two offices, classrooms, a kitchen and a restroom area with showers.
The hiring is carried out within the framework of the Argentina Hace Program with the aim of improving the quality of life of the residents who will have access to the services provided by the municipality of Roca without the need to travel to the city center.
The completion of the works is scheduled for a period of 180 calendar days and the only proposal submitted came through the company Pili Construcciones SRL, for an amount of $56,300,000.00. It was also reported that the offer will continue with the corresponding administrative steps for its award.
