Work Detail |
The work will benefit 5,000 neighbors and neighbors. It has an official budget of $185,896,333 and an execution period of six months.
The province, through the Ministry of Infrastructure, Public Services and Habitat, opened the envelopes with the offers of the public tender for the laying of drinking water distribution networks for the benefit of 5,000 residents of the Los Álamos and Aeroclub neighborhoods of Raphael city.
In said tender, four offers were submitted to carry out the work, which has an official budget of $185,896,333,58 (provided by the provincial government) and an execution period of six months.
In this regard, Maina stressed that the networks to be executed will be supplied from the new branch of the Desvío Arijón aqueduct and highlighted in this regard that “at the end of May we will be starting the tests at the water treatment plant. That is the good news that we Rafaelians have because immediately afterwards it will be possible to start testing the rest of the sections that are Matilde, the three San Carlos, San Mariano, Angélica, Susana and Rafaela. With which between June and July we hope to be testing the entire aqueduct."
For his part, Morzan said that “the work that we have been carrying out jointly between the provincial government, the local governments, in this case the municipality of Rafaela, and those inside Aguas Santafesinas daily make the effort to sustain the service".
Regarding the tender, he stated that “we are happy with the offers because they place us within the official price that we had proposed of 185 million. Due to the internal procedures that we carry out in all the bids in Aguas, since the difference is less than 5%, we are going to have to call for an improvement in the offer between two companies. In the first place, we have to see the fulfillment of all the technical requirements to carry out the work, if these offers validate that technical requirement by virtue of the amounts, we should be calling for an improvement of offers”.
In addition, Castellano maintained that “when Governor Omar Perotti decided to move forward with the aqueduct, we decided to move forward with these works that we are putting out to tender today. We have great expectations with what we have left to have drinking water, which is to have quality of life, in 100% of the city.
