1.2 DESCRIPTION OF THE WORKS The works that are the object of this tender may be developed within the districts of Merlo and Moreno . The works will be communicated by order of service in a timely manner and depending on the needs of the work according to the progress of the drilling of wells to be interconnected ( works not included in this contract), and/or as required by the current works inspection. It should be noted that the works may include special interventions such as road crossings, streams or railways. 1.2.1 SCOPE OF WORK a) The work to be carried out and the provision of materials for the execution of the works of this tender must be in accordance with the General Technical Specifications – Water Supply and Sewerage and Particular Technical Specifications – Water Supply. b) The prices quoted by the contractor for this tender have the scope provided for in articles 14 and 16 of the PByCG. The works also include all the tasks of surveying and verifying existing facilities, carrying out the executive project and detailed engineering, as well as carrying out all the tests and trials required in the technical specifications, washing and disinfecting the pipes and the preparation of plans according to work. c) The contractor may not request any additional fee for performing or providing the work mentioned in section b. d) The amounts indicated in the quotation form are estimates for the volume of works to be carried out, their execution being left to the exclusive decision of AySA and in no way does it imply a commitment on the part of AySA to contract said amounts.
