Work is about to begin on a strata townhouse development in the Westgate area. A ground breaking ceremony will be held Sat., Sept. 10, 1-4 p.m., at 6798 Westgate Ave., future site of Ridgestone Villas, NewRock Developments said Thursday. Tucked quietly around green space and existing residential, it will consist of 38 townhome units; offering two and three-bedroom plans, ranging from 1,270 to 1,400 square feet. These open concept homes will come complete with a six-piece appliance package, granite countertops, main floor laundry, large attached garage and various options to personalize colour schemes and interior finishing, NewRock said. All homes have an undeveloped basement, while limited units will offer a walk-out basement. A show home is expected to be ready by spring 2017. |
