| Work Detail | South Tourist Park, located at 2800 S. Yellowstone Highway, will close Tuesday for construction. The park isn’t expected to reopen for 60 days. The park’s lower parking lot will be leveled, regraded and resurfaced. New curbs and gutters also will be installed, a city of Idaho Falls news release said. The park’s boat ramp will close during construction; boaters are encouraged to launch their vehicles from Gem Lake or John’s Hole Bridge instead. The recreational vehicle dump will remain open, the release said. |
