Homes with one, two and three bedrooms will be built and will have basic infrastructure. Provincial investment exceeds 334 million pesos. In addition, 30 deeds were delivered. The Ministry of Infrastructure, Public Services and Habitat, through the Provincial Directorate of Housing and Urban Development (DPYyU), put out to tender this Wednesday 59 homes in San Javier. The work will be financed by the province, investing more than 334 million pesos and an execution period of 12 months. THE OFFERS On this occasion, three bidding companies presented themselves: ORION INGENIERIA SRL offered $385,000,000.00; VFM SA quoted $340,000,000.02; and finally TECSA SA quoted $409,921,081, 39. THE HOUSES The work contemplates the construction of 59 housing units developed in four one-bedroom prototypes, 42 two-bedroom prototypes, 10 three-bedroom prototypes and three two-bedroom homes adapted for disabled people. Likewise, the units have basic services of storm drains, sewage, bottled gas, drinking water network, gutter cordon, sidewalks and ramps, green space and trees. They will complement the 78 homes that were inaugurated during 2020 in the same neighborhood.
