Villa Maria – The final selection of the companies awarded the tenders corresponding to the drinking water network, gutter cordon and sewage network was carried out; to be developed in the subdivision of the eco-neighborhood corresponding to the Casa Propia program, on the 23-hectare site in the Las Playas neighborhood. The tender No. 1/2022 corresponding to the execution of the sewer network, was awarded to the company Roma Servicios Integrales, whose proposal was 58,136,730.14 pesos. The public call was managed by the Municipal Institute of Housing and Infrastructure (IMV), while the execution plan is financed by the Ministry of Public Works of the Nation, through the Argentina Hace program. On the other hand, in tender No. 2/2022, pertaining to the development of the drinking water network, the selected company was Cooperativa 15 de Mayo Ltda., whose budget was 33,128,729.13 pesos. The work will receive financing from the Ministry of Public Works of the Nation, through the National Entity for Water Sanitation Works (ENHOSA) through the Plan Argentina Hace. Like the aforementioned tender, it was managed by the IMV. Lastly, tender No. 3/2022, for the execution of the gutter cordon and regulation and control work, was awarded to the construction company Cooperativa 15 de Mayo Ltda with a budget of 54,172,040.43 pesos. The project will be financed by the Ministry of Public Works of the Nation, through the Plan Argentina Hace; and its management at the local level is, like the other two tenders, under the orbit of the IMV. “This intervention is part of the integral recovery of Parque de la Vida, where the work of the Hermanos Seco Tunnel is also being carried out, which will have pedestrian access to the station,” Gill explained. In addition, he pointed out that all these interventions will mean a lot in the recovery of the citys heritage, while at the same time they will make it possible to provide a better service to passengers. |
