The opening act of the offers of the public tender summoned by the Municipality of Tandil was carried out to carry out construction works of the gutter cordon in almost 40 blocks of different zones of the city, within the framework of the urban improvement programs that are carried out forward every year. The works included in this stage include 37 blocks of gutter cordon in different neighborhoods, speed bumps for crossings and an “emerging cordon” or traffic separator in a section of Avellaneda Avenue. The detail of the blocks in which the curb will be made is as follows: 1 block from Formosa, another from Salta, and another from Los Jazmines, all between La Pastora and Dante Alighieri; 2 blocks from Uspallata between Matorras de San Martín and de los Granaderos; and 4 blocks from Piccirilli between Lunghi and Santa Cruz avenues. This time the works will also cover 1 block from Potrerillos between Uspallata and Del Libertador; 2 from Picheuta between Juldain and Uspallata and another 2 from Cacheuta in the same section. Also 1 de Tomas between Uspallata and Del Libertador; 4 of Darragueira between Palacios and Don Segundo Sombra; 1 from Cabral between Lemos and Route 30 and 1 from Lisandro de la Torre between Lemos and Route 30. In addition, there are 2 blocks from Ijurco between Primera Junta and Colectora Pugliese, 2 from Rosales between Güemes Sur and Peyrel and 1 from Martín Fierro between Lobería and Fugl. The project also contemplates the construction of an emerging cordon or central separator in the three-block section of Avellaneda Avenue between Alvear-Rodríguez until 14 de Julio- Rondeau, with characteristics similar to the one already existing in a large part of that artery to separate its two traffic directions and improve road safety. The offers In the tender, two companies submitted the following offers: Tenue Empresa Constructora SA (compulsory basic offer of $87,164,900 and alternative with 20% financial advance of $85,797,860) and Galizio Construcciones SRL (compulsory basic offer of $91,975,800, 08 and alternative with 20% financial advance of $90,000,000).
