Five bids were received to carry out maintenance works on National Route No. 11, from Gobernador Crespo to Avellaneda.
The tendered improvements cover 188 kilometers with potholes, partial resurfacing, recovery of urban crossings and general conservation for a two-year term. This tender is added to those carried out in the contracting process for the Avellaneda – Resistencia (Chaco) and Rosario-Santa Fe sections, with the Santa Fe-Crespo section to be tendered in a short time with a six-year contract. In this way, the Ministry of Public Works of the Nation plans a total investment that will be around $12,100 million for RN 11, from Rosario to Resistencia.
National Roads completed a new tender for improvement works for National Route No. 11, in this case for the Gobernador Crespo – Reconquista/Avellaneda section. The contracting includes tasks of deep and superficial patching, resurfacing by sections, improvements of urban crossings and underlining of shoulders. Under an execution period of two years, the maintenance will be completed with cleaning of the drains and the road area, weeding and grass cutting, vertical signaling and replacement of metal railings. It should be noted that the conservation of National Route No. A009 (Puerto Reconquista access) is also included in the tendered contract.
Regarding the offers received, through the official online system www.contratar.gob.ar, the companies are detailed with their prices: COINGSA SA ($ 1,979,560,627.80) – ICF SA ($ 2,288,978,780.34) – Rava SA de Construcciones ($2,361,756,020.71) – NÉSTOR JULIO GUERECHET SA ($2,370,137,296.92) – ROVIAL SA ($2,389,776,288.19). From this administrative act, the proposals and their values ??will be analyzed.
Regarding the investments of National Roads for National Route No. 11, it is worth remembering that on January 25 similar works were tendered between Rosario and Santa Fe for $1,390 million, a tender in which the proposals to advance with their award and subsequent signing are analyzed. of the contract. A similar situation is evident in the Reconquista/Avellaneda section to Resistencia (Chaco), a six-year work tendered in December 2021 with an investment of $3,899 million.
It should be noted that these works, like other works tendered by the Ministry of Public Works of the Nation for National Routes of Santa Fe, are affected at the beginning by the lack of approval of the national budget, which makes it difficult to allocate the money. These works include, in addition to the two mentioned for RN 11, the complete reconstruction of 14 km of National Route No. 95 (between San Bernardo and Villa Minetti); the Third Lane of the Rosario-Buenos Aires Highway (between Rosario and Alvear); the resurfacing of 14 km of RN 33 (between Zavalla and Pujato). To these projected works, the tender for the RN 34 Highway, between Rafaela and Ataliva, will be added at the end of April, a section removed by the previous management of the original contract started in 2014.
