Opening corresponding to Public Tender No. 31-2021 of the work "Police Station Barrio Pie de Palo", in the department of Caucete.
This building will be located on land located in Villa Colón, in the Barrio Pie de Palo housing complex. The Police Station seeks to complete part of the necessary urban equipment to provide tranquility and security to the new residents of the area. The project will have the following spaces: waiting hall, guard, entrance table, summary, chief summary office, operations office, logistics, tax office, deputy chief office, chief office, toilet for people with disabilities, toilet for men , womens restroom, locket area, office-living room, archive, rack-communications-cct room, dungeon area (for men, women or misdemeanors), requisition, video fragrance room, medical examiner room, jail cell, cell toilets, judicial deposit, covered parking and maneuver beach.
The covered area to be built is 806.40 m2 and the official budget is $124,210,000. In the opening of envelopes, six companies were presented with the following proposals:
