Public Tender No. 33-2021 for the work “Installations and remodeling of the southeast and northwest sectors of the Dr. Marcial Quiroga Hospital Building”, in Rivadavia. This work is intended to improve the air conditioning, medical gas and electrical installations in the building, since these are key elements for the well-being of the patients and professionals who work there.
The facilities to be executed are: thermomechanical, medical gas and electrical. The renovations correspond to the southeast (ground floor, upper floor and roof terrace) and northwest (upper floor and roof terrace) sectors. The air conditioning system will be designed respecting the architectural style and the services it will supply. In addition, a centralized system for the supply of medical gases and vacuum will be implemented. The spare parts and remodeling for the sectors to be intervened correspond to changes in sanitary fixtures, taps, coatings, ceilings, stretcher guards, painting in general, among others.
The area to intervene is 2,500 m2 and the execution period for the work will be 360 ??calendar days. The official budget for the work is $305,800,000 and at the opening of envelopes the following companies were presented with their respective proposals:

CONSTRUCTORA SAT SRL AND OTHER UT- Financial proposal: $298,409,191.65
ENG. JULIO NACUSI CONSTRUCCIONES SRL- Economic proposal: $309,826,913.63
SIGMA SA- Economic proposal: $392,096,567.48
