In order to open the market and achieve better prices in the service, the ChileCompra Directorate published a new tender for the new Framework Agreement for the Supply of Fuels in Service Stations , which supplies diesel and gasoline to the vehicles of public organizations that They trade through the platform www.mercadopublico.cl. The main benefit of this new tender lies in awarding the best discounts on the slate price of the service stations for each region, projecting a decrease in price from 5 to 30 pesos per liter. Likewise, it seeks to facilitate the administration and measurement of the consumption of the purchasing institutions through electronic platforms, which will allow to keep a control of the services acquired. This new framework agreement will be evaluated in a single stage and will have a duration of 12 months with a possible extension of up to 6 months. Once awarded, the new Framework Agreement will replace the current agreement ID 2239-14-LR21 that ends on January 9, 2022.
