The Contractor responds to the Bidding Documents
The above package is invested by the Kien Giang Civil and Industrial Construction Investment Project Management Unit (BMT), the Department of Health of Kien Giang province. The bidding package is priced at 113,452 billion VND, is organized by online contractor selection, and issued Bidding Documents from December 17, 2020 to January 7, 2021. During the Bidding Documents issuance, two contractors have proposed some contents related to equipment and technology of the Bidding Package.
First, the Plasma medical waste treatment system required by the Bidding Documents is a proprietary technology of Petech Vietnam. The contractor said that the technical configuration for the equipment system of this package is the Petech PJMI technology system for waste treatment invented by Petech, using some main equipment (such as plasma burners ... ) of foreign carriers. Currently only Petech Plasma PJMI technology meets all the requirements of the Bidding Documents, such as: waste vitrification; treatment system; primary burner ...
“The waste treatment plan and technology has been approved by the competent authorities in Kien Giang and all the specifications are built in an open direction, without any requirements for branding or style. the design or origin of the equipment and the contractors are still entitled to bid with other technologies ”, said BMT. |
