According to the Procuring Entity, the winner of the above package is Dong Nam Trading Co., Ltd., with the winning price of more than 1,363 billion VND, a decrease of 187 million VND compared to the bidding package price (1,551 billion VND), the rate of savings through Bidding is 12%. The winning bid price deviated from the lowest bid price (VND 1,357 billion of Dai Hong Phuoc Construction Company Limited) was VND 6,578,490.
Dai Hong Phuoc Construction Company Limited was rejected because the Bid was evaluated in terms of capability and experience. Specifically, the contractor is evaluated to fail in the criteria of experience in performing contracts for the supply of similar goods.

“The Contractor recommends that the electronic equipment, computers, sound systems, air-conditioners are all interior equipment (office, hall) according to the Bidding Documents without considering the similarity. The price of the goods in the bidding package in consideration is not suitable ”, the Procuring Entity affirms.
“This is a project whose implementation progress is very urgent and must be completed in October 2020. However, upon receiving the contractors recommendation, Dong Nai Tax Department quickly requested the Procuring Entity to explain and report to the General Department of Taxation.
