US-based TTEC said that its subsidiary TTEC EMEA has been approved by the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) as a supplier in the UK government’s G-Cloud 12 framework.
TTEC is a customer experience (CX) technology and services company.
The company will supply a portfolio of managed cloud contact centre and consulting services on the procurement framework for the British public sector organisations. The framework is offered via an online catalogue called the Digital Marketplace.
TTEC EMEA regional VP Wayne Kay said: “TTEC EMEA is delighted to have been awarded a place on the G-Cloud 12 framework and to have the opportunity to offer central Government, local councils, NHS Trusts and other public-sector bodies the ability to rapidly procure and deploy leading-edge CX software and services that are successfully used by many of today’s leading UK and European brands.”
TTEC claims that its clients benefit from important strategic partnerships that offer a variety of digital and cloud contact centre solutions.
The solutions include Cisco Webex CC, Cisco Webex CCE and Humanify Connect, Asynchronous Conversational Messaging solutions powered by LivePerson, and Pegasystems Robotic Desktop Automation and Robotic Process Automation solutions.
The company’s RealPlay AI is said to leverage virtual simulation to enhance contact centre training and a variety of consulting accelerator packages for contact centres.
Released last week by Crown Commercial Services, the G-Cloud 12 framework offers a straightforward and compliant way to public sector organisations to buy cloud-based services, that include hosting, software, support, and others.
More than 38,000 services are being available by the Crown Commercial Service for public sector customers to access, which will be subject to a process of additional assurance.
Crown Commercial Service, which is the trading fund of the UK Cabinet office, works on behalf of the UK government in delivering efficiency in procurement across public entities. |
