Work Detail |
RJ Richelmi, a company owned by French contractor Bouygues and Monegasque company Entreprises JB Pastor & Fils, will carry out a €150m contract for 192 homes in Monaco’s “Exotic Garden” district.
Designed by local firm Arch Genin architects, the project includes four 12-storey residential buildings, a residential centre for people with disabilities, a commercial space, offices, a day-care centre with capacity for 35 children and a car park.
The development will be linked to the Dorsale tunnel.
The team will use a “top-down” technique to allow work to proceed simultaneously on four basement levels and the above-ground storeys.
A full-height tarpaulin will be installed to reduce noise, and if acoustic sound exceeds the agreed limit Monegasque authorities will be notified.
The project aims to receive a bronze-level certification for “Mediterranean Sustainable Buildings of Monaco”.
Work on the project is due to be completed in 2023. |
