Construction work on the Villa Regina Judicial City building was resumed. The completion of the work was planned for the middle of this year. The building demands an investment of more than 100 million pesos. With an estimate of progress of 65 percent, the Urban company resumed construction work on the building of the Judicial City of Villa Regina, which when completed will bring together in one place all the agencies dependent on the Rio Negro Judiciary. The stoppage of activities that was imposed by the measures of social isolation, preventive and compulsory, generated a delay in the continuity of work for the completion of the building, which only in recent weeks resumed with partial activities in different areas of construction . The building that is constructed with an investment of more than 100 million pesos, had a date for completion in February according to the tender that the company Urban SA won. Before the completion date of the work, it had already been announced that its completion was only expected for the middle of this year. However, due to the restrictions imposed by the pandemic, the deadlines resumed, although the date on which the work will be completed was not reported. It was detailed that with the reactivation of the works, the installation and commissioning of the central heating system, the ceilings, the placement of partition walls and furniture are being completed. In the next few days the completion of work on the top floor of the building is expected. At the same time, the exterior sector works on the installation of luminaires, gutter cord and sidewalks; while in the coming weeks the sprinkler irrigation system will be installed for the areas to be landscaped. The Judicial City building will house the operation of the criminal justice court, the guarantees judges, the Judicial Office, the Decentralized Prosecutors Office, the official defense offices, the Civil Court 21, the Family Court, the Justice of the Peace and the Judicial Mediation Center among other dependencies. |
