(MENAFN - Al-Borsa News) Minya University issued a tender for the supply of office furniture, as part of the current school year tenders, provided that the plenary session will be held on March 8 at the headquarters of the Governmental Procurement Department.
Sources said to the Stock Exchange, that the value of the tender conditions brochure amounts to 229 pounds, which will decrease to 270 pounds when applying for purchase by owners of small enterprises who obtain a national number from the Social Fund for Development.
The sources indicated that the initial insurance for the tender amounts to 6500 pounds, and the last bidding date is on March 8, at 12:00 p.m. at the headquarters of the General Administration of Procurement and Stores at Minia University, and it was submitted in the name of the university’s secretary general.
The bids are submitted in two separate envelopes, the first being a technician and includes the value of the insurance and a copy of an unconditional primary guarantee letter, in the name of the General Administration of Financial Affairs at the university, accompanied by a reinforcement from the bank issuing the letter of guarantee, or by a prepaid check.
The technical envelope also includes the offer indicating the technical specifications mentioned in the booklet of conditions, a clear copy of the tax card, what is stated in the value-added tax registration, a copy of the record in the records of the activity subject to the contract, and samples of the required items.
The financial envelope includes price lists showing the base price, including taxes and fees, and the Federation of Industries certificate indicating that the products meet the proportion of the local industrial component, and a guarantee of at least a year for the products.
According to the conditions manual, the supply will be within 30 days of receiving the supply order for the stores of the university city of Minya, provided that payment is made after receipt, examination and installation, and it will be electronic. |
