(GDT) - On January 3, 2020, the Bidding Newspaper informed about the selection of contractors Package 4: Construction (including the cost of general items). The package was developed by the Management Board of Investment and Construction Project of Ly Nhan district, Ha Nam province. According to information from the Ly Nhan District Construction Investment Project Management Board, the above-mentioned bidding package belongs to the Investment Project on the construction of a road connecting DT.499 with DT.492 in service of salvage and rescue for Red river dike and district. Reason is of urgent nature. The implementation of the Project helps to soon complete the road connecting DT.499 (now the road connecting 2 highways) with DT.492 (now NH.38B road) in service of rescue and rescue for the Red River dike, Ly Nhan district. It is important for the implementation of local economic and political tasks. The project also synchronizes the connection between National Road 38.B (DT.492 now upgraded to NH.38B) with the road linking Hanoi and Hai Phong highways and Gie bridge in Ninh Binh, promoting the formation of establishment, completion and development of urban areas, industrial parks and trade and services; attracting investment in infrastructure and urban areas, expanding Vinh Tru town, contributing to completing the goal of 2020 Vinh Tru town to become a class IV urban area. Due to the urgent nature of project implementation, the units participating in the contractor selection work actively carried out the work even during weekends. In the process of selecting a contractor, there are no opinions of the participating bidders as well as bidding. Regarding the process of selecting contractors to execute Package 4: Construction (Including the cost of general items), the Management Board of construction investment projects of Ly Nhan district said that it has complied with the provisions of Bidding Law, Decree No. 63/2014 / ND-CP dated June 26, 2014 and its guiding circulars. The selection of contractors was organized smoothly and quickly by units, agencies and individuals that have done it urgently and had detailed work plans. |
