The above Tet gift packages are mainly implemented by the bid solicitors in the form of competitive offers and designating bids with a value of VND 500 million or less.
Some bid solicitors apply shortened bidding designation to bidding packages valued at between VND 900 million and VND 1 billion. For example, a state-owned joint-stock commercial bank has designated a shortened bid for domestic bidding for procurement of customer gifts on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2020 for units in the city. Pleiku and Ia Grai Transaction Office with the winning bid of VND 916.8 million. Tam Ba Production and Service Co., Ltd. is the contractor appointed to perform the Package.
