Projects to extend the sewer network, create a Sports Complex in Quequén and illuminate San Martín square
The Executive Department sent a list of 6 works to the Province, within the framework of the Municipal Infrastructure Fund, which total around 16 million pesos.
The Executive Department sent, in the last hours, a list of 6 relevant works for Necochea and Quequén to the Province of Buenos Aires, with the objective of obtaining financing from the Municipal Infrastructure Fund (FIM) for its completion.
These are 3 works to expand the sewer network (two for Quequén and one in Necochea), another to acquire the materials for the storm drain on 42nd Avenue between 93 and 109 streets, the replacement of luminaries of San Martín square and the Creation of a Sports Complex in Quequén.
The presentation of the projects is signed by the mayor, Arturo Rojas, and the Secretary of Planning, Works and Public Services, Ricardo Carrera, and was sent to the Secretary of Government of the Province of Buenos Aires, Teresa García, with whom the chief communal already held a formal meeting in La Plata this week.
Regarding the expansion works of the sewage network, among the three projects they total an investment of 2,653,603 pesos and would be carried out on 574 Street between 567 and 575; in 582 between 523 and 529; and the remainder on 80th street between 51 and 55.
Another project has to do with the acquisition of materials for storm drains on 42nd Avenue between 93 and 109, a sector of our city that in recent years has had a constant population growth and does not yet have that basic service. The budget for this purchase is 6,722,492 pesos.
On the other hand, the administration of Mayor Arturo Rojas has decided to carry out two complementary works that have to do with the safety and beautification of an important sector of the spa town and the need to provide a wide sports sector to the residents of Quequén.
The first of these is the replacement of luminaires in San Martin square, located on 4 bis, 6, 83 and 85 streets of the seaside resort, where the Artisans Fair, the calesita and where shows are held fresh air. This work has an estimated value of 1,790,860 pesos and will also serve to save electricity consumption.
Finally, Rojas sent Teresa Garcia an ambitious projects for the construction of a Sports Complex in the area of ??Estacion Quequén, next to 578 Benedicto Campos Avenue, with a total area of ??more than 580 square meters. The value of the work is 3,751,300 pesos.
The objective of this work has to do with the installation of 2 volleyball courts, 2 football 5, 1 handball, 2 basketball, 1 tennis court, another football 11 on grass, 2 football 7 on grass, a skatpark and a sector destined to skating rink and recreational activities also thought to be used as social events. The complex, in addition, would have public toilets, a sector of administration and vehicular parking, in proximity to the main entrance, located on 584 street. |
