After the procedure under the Public Procurement Act was conducted by the Ministry of Interior, a contract for the execution of construction activities was also concluded. At the same time, a financing contract was signed between the Ministry of Interior and the Municipality of General Toshevo through a donation of the construction and installation activities planned under the project. The funds are in the amount of BGN 100,000 and are provided by the municipal budget. The actual term of the actual construction activity on the garage cells is 90 days and comes into force from the date of opening of the construction site.
The purpose of the initiative taken by the Municipality of General Toshevo is both to optimize the environment for new fire trucks and to improve the working conditions of fire fighters. It was in this connection, and by a complete majority, that Decision No. 2-13 of March 9, 2017 was approved, whereby the Municipal Council in General Toshevo agreed to allocate a target amount of BGN 100,000 to the Internal Office.
Along with the construction of the new garage cells, energy renovation activities of the existing building of the Fire Service are being carried out. It is implemented through a project won by the Municipal Administration for the introduction of energy efficiency measures in 5 residential and 4 administrative buildings. The goal is lower power consumption. This will be thanks to the implementation of thermal and waterproofing measures that will extend the life of buildings as structures and improve the quality of living and working environment. |
