The Andhra Pradesh Township & Infrastructure Development Corporation has floated tenders for construction of EWS DUs/flats.
Tenders have been floated for undertaking balance works of investigation, survey and planning, design, construction and handing over of EWS DUs/flats (each of super built up area of 300 sq ft) in G+three pattern with monolithic concrete construction (shear wall technology) and with suitable foundations as per soil conditions including internal infrastructure facilities such as water supply , sanitary and electrification under PMAY (HFA) Phase-II on EPC basis.
The above works will be carried out in the following locations:
Construction and handing over of 4,224 EWS DUs/flats and and 96 EWS DUs/flats at Venkateswarapuram, Kondlapudi & Irukulaparameswari temple sites in Nellore district at a cost of Rs 230.15 crore.
Construction and handing over of 2,880 EWS DUs/flats and 96 EWS DUs/flats Naidupeta, Venkatagiri and Kavali ULBs in Nellore district entailing an investment of Rs 143.68 crore.
Construction and handing over of 3,120 EWS DUs/flats at Kadapa, Rayachoti, Badvel and Yerraguntla ULBs in YSR Kadapa district at a cost of Rs 149.87 crore.
Construction and handing over of 8,880 EWS DUs/flats at Allipuram, Kallurupalli, Akkacheruvupadu and Kondlapudi sites in Nellore Municipal Corporation of Nellore district. The work will be completed at a cost of Rs 419.2 crore.
The works will be completed in a period of 15 months. |
