The Superior Court of Justice of Entre Ríos (STJER) declared “six admissible” the six proposals received under Public Tender No. 08/19, whose purpose was the provision and installation of prefabricated modules for the operation of the Peace Courts from Bovril, Viale and Santa Elena. It was due to different breaches of the requirements established in the General Specifications. The first proposal rejected was that of Vázquez Ávalos, Gustavo. As stated in the minutes, the resolution was adopted “for presenting a guarantee of offer with a surety insurance policy with an effective date after the opening of envelopes”. Then the presentation of the bidder Girard, Pablo César, was rejected because he did not present “the certification of signatures of the legal representative and the technical representative”. In the case of the proposal of the firm Time SA, the reason was the lack of “the second copy of the documentation requested in Envelope No. 1”. The offer of Mirich, Gastón Federico was rejected for “not attaching the receipt of proof of acquisition of the Tender extended by the General Treasury of the STJ”, while the presentation of the firm CGB SA was rejected “for not presenting the copies of Guarantee of Offer and certification of signatures of the legal representative and the technical representative ”, an argument that was also applied to the proposal made by Salinas, Gustavo Leonardo Jesús. During a ceremony held in the Assembly Hall of the Judiciary, located on the second floor of the Courts of Paraná, the envelopes were opened in the presence of the head of the General Treasury, Beatriz Pedrazzoli; the head of the Planning and Infrastructure Area, Diana Zilli; and the person in charge of the Office of Purchases of the STJ, Sebastián Inveninato, with the intervention of the person in charge of the Secretariat of Superintendence Nº 2, Esteban Simón. For the acquisition of the prefabricated modules, the STJER had set an official budget of 15,600,000 pesos. Meanwhile, the call for a new call will be made shortly. |
