As planned, these two bidding packages will be opened for bidding on October 28, 2019. Up to now, 16 contractors have purchased Bidding Documents of these two bidding packages. During the process of issuing Bidding Documents, the contractor sent a written request to clarify the Bidding Documents. On October 17, 2019, BMT sent a letter to bidders to buy the Bidding Documents to participate in the Pre-Bidding Conference. The conference took place in the afternoon of October 21 under the chairmanship of Mr. Tran Nhu Quoc Bao, Deputy Director of Ho Chi Minh City Urban Infrastructure Construction Project Management Board.
