The BMT requires the bid security to be guaranteed by each part (list), the value of bid guarantee is equal to the total value of securing the parts (list) that the bidder attends. According to BMT, during the period of issuing Bidding Documents of 3 bidding packages, there are totally 200 contractors buying Bidding Documents. By the time of bid closure, 189 contractors submitted bids (Bids) in accordance with regulations.
