(DTT) - In the morning of 9/9, Long Bien District Construction Investment Project Management Board (Long Bien District PMU) coordinated with bidding consultant to organize the Opening Ceremony of technical proposal (Technical Proposal) Package 10 The whole construction, installation and equipment of Ngoc Thuy Secondary School Construction Project in planning plot A.4 / THCS1, Ngoc Thuy ward.
According to the tender notice, the bidding documents (Bidding Documents) are issued within 20 days from August 19, 2019. The bidding package applies the bidding form widely, the method of one phase of two dossier bags.
At the opening ceremony of Technical Proposal, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Thao - Deputy Director of Viet Bridge and Road Construction Design Consultant Joint Stock Company - representative of the bidding consultancy unit said that there are 7 contractors buying Bidding Documents. Up to the time of bid closure, only 4 contractors submitted Bid dossier as prescribed, including: Hanoi Housing Development Contractor No. 5, Contractors 749, Thang Long Contractors and Tay Ho Contractors. Each contractor will submit 1 original and 3 copies of bid dossier. All have been affirmed by the parties with their seals intact, including the Technical Proposal and the financial proposals. Technical Proposals are valid for 90 days from September 9, 2019.
Contract performance period of Hanoi Housing Development Contractor No. 5 and Contractor 749 is 300 days, while the remaining two contractors are 295 days. At the request of the Bidding Documents, the time for contract performance is 300 days.
Regarding bid security, all contractors have submitted bid guarantee of the bank (2 contractors are guaranteed by Vietnam Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam, 1 contractor is guaranteed by Asia Commercial Bank ( ACB) and a contractor with a guarantee from Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank) with a value of 1.5 billion.
At the bid opening ceremony, the financial proposals of 4 contractors were recorded as sealed in separate bags in the presence of witnesses and signed by the contractors.
In order to better understand the capacity of the four contractors participating in the bidding package mentioned above, the Bidding Newspaper reporter has surveyed the situation of winning bids for more than 3 years of these contractors. The common point of 4 contractors is that each contractor has done many packages invited by the PMU of Long Bien district (Tay Ho contractor performed 8 packages, Thang Long contractor performed 5 packages, Hanoi Housing Development Contractor No. 5 is 3). package, Contractor 479 is 1 package).
Regarding the frequency of winning bids over the past 3 years, Thang Long Contractor has been announced to win 25 bidding packages (mainly implemented in Hanoi). In particular, 14 packages have the scale from over 20 billion to over 369 billion.
Tay Ho contractor was announced to win 16 packages. The largest package is more than VND 70 billion, won in May 2018.
Hanoi Housing Development Contractors No. 5 and Contractors 749 have been announced to win 5 and 8 bidding packages. |
