According to this decision, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of the South Central Coast declares the First Decision and approves the winning contractor, Urban Construction and Rural Development Joint Stock Company (with its address in Hanoi), at the winning price. the after-tax bid is VND 10,299,993,000, nearly VND 500 million lower than the winning bid mentioned in the First Decision. Regarding the responsibility of the consulting unit when the above negligence occurred, BMT said that it had been reminded and requested to rectify immediately. “Up to now, we are no longer receiving any contractors recommendations regarding this package. In order to solve problems, BMT has worked with both contractors to reach a high consensus. Indochina contractor also accepted the final result. The negotiation process of the contract with JSC Urban Construction and Rural Development was completed at the end of August last, BMT added.
