| Work Detail | The construction of security walls and guard rooms around Naghlu dam project in Surobi district of Kabul started on 16th of April 2018. Naghlu dam has the capacity of producing approximately 100 megawatts of electricity. Currently 92 percent of the project works are completed. With the completion of this project, the construction of around 2.3 km of walls surrounding Naghlu dam and three security guard rooms will be completed, which will immensely impact in decreasing security threats of this dam. This project is funded by World Bank at a cost of around 34 million AFN and will be completed in the near future. |
