Dubai-based Revonic will design new website to support The Red Sea Development Companys latest digital push Dubai-based design and analytics agency Revonic is opening an office in Riyadh after winning a contract to work on Saudi Arabias The Red Sea Project, backed by the Crown Prince HRH Mohammed bin Salman-led Public Investment Fund. The company, which has offices in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Bangalore, India, has been awarded a contract to design a website for the Saudi Arabian gigaproject, for which construction commencement was announced in February 2019. Due to the high-profile nature of the government-backed gigaproject, Revonic has been tasked with creating an improved online user experience for project builder The Red Sea Development Company under a multi-phase programme that is due to begin in April 2019. Commenting on the contract, chief executive officer of Revonic, Adam Cukrowski, said the agency will build a website reflective of the ultra-luxury destination. John Pagano, chief executive officer of the Red Sea Development Company, added: “The Red Sea Project will be a smart destination underpinned by innovation across all aspects of development and operation. “Our website will be the first touch point for our online visitors, from potential business partners, suppliers and even future holiday-makers, and as such, we want to ensure that their online journey reflects the seamless experience they can expect from the destination.” Spread out across 28,000km² on Saudi Arabia’s west coast, The Red Sea Project comprises an archipelago of more than 90 islands, with its landscape including lagoons, mountainous canyons, dormant volcanos, and ancient archaeological sites. Phase 1 of The Red Sea Project is due to open in 2022, and will include ultra-luxury hotels, residential developments, a marina, leisure and entertainment amenities, and additional infrastructure required to support the scheme. |
