Three Guinea Knights have created a platform where three different systems are developed that facilitate the day-to-day business of various organizations, with the aim of offering a more efficient way of doing business, achieving savings, increasing security and controlling spending. Mladen Kupreskic, Davor Kupreskic and Miroslav Stipovic have put into use the Aksis platform in 2016, which includes three separate systems: aksis.nabava, aksis.policija and aksis.logistics. Their story of dreams began with the purchase of a peanut-based firm. Given that it was very difficult to open the company at a time when they thought about it, they decided to buy Guinea from the owner who thought about closing it. Its activities have changed in the development of information systems in Bosnia and Herzegovina, but their countries are interested in their projects. Aksis platform for police authorities In a conversation for Klix.ba, Miroslav Stipovic, one of the founders of the company, said that with the three systems that encompass their Axis platform, the goal is to facilitate public procurement and the entire procedure, control the spending of funds, increase safety in certain environments and achieve the efficiency of fleets. Aksis police was developed for the needs of police organizations in Bosnia and Herzegovina, currently used by three police organizations, the Ministry of Interior of the Central Bosnia Canton as the first user, the MUP Canton 10 and the MUP ZHK, Stipovic said, adding: Its the most comprehensive platform for police systems because it covers the entire police job from creating a work order, fieldwork monitoring, live tracking from the terrain, connecting with smart cameras LPR detection of vehicles in traffic and allowing for the collection and analysis of incident data and reporting in operational center. Interior Minister of the Central Bosnia Canton Felix Vidovic told Klix.ba that the use of this platform is a major step in the functioning of the MUP. In this way, we receive information in real time and inform the police patrols that respond in accordance with the law faster and more efficiently. We had a test phase, we are looking forward to the possibility of upgrading that will be carried out in the future and would thus have an even more efficient engagement of officers. I think that we are the first in the Federation of BiH, if not in the region that implemented this system, which proved to be more than successful, Vidovic said. The public procurement platform facilitates planning, control and implementation Aksis.Nabava is a system that is designed to collect information from organizational units and enables the implementation and control of public procurements. This system is used by the Public Procurement Office of the Central Bosnia Canton Government in which there are 105 organizational units. Through only a few clicks, the organizational unit may, within a certain period of time, deliver an order form to be carried out by the competent authority. The Public Procurement Office and the competent authorities at all times have an insight into the spending of the funds, but also to the accuracy of the realization of the public procurement, since every item entered in the system with the description is accompanied by a photo, price and other information, so as not to there was a damage to the orderer in the public procurement. The platform has been made so that it is possible to link it with other entities and that an unlimited number of entities can be organized. Practically, the entire state can use this system and organize its public procurements. Everything has been done in a way to facilitate the process of public procurement. The information entered into the system should not be rewritten and rewritten in the contract items and the order is already solved through a few clicks with a minimum, so we can say zero, the possibility of errors in public procurement procedure, added Mladen Kupreskic, Software Architect to Guinea doo The system works in a way that the public procurement procedure through Aksis.Nabava is made available to the lower organizational units in order to order goods, according to the stated needs. This resulted in the functionality of contracting joint procurement for 105 organizational units, which again each separately order goods from suppliers, within the framework of the agreed parameters. At all times, the KSF Government knows how much the organizational unit consumed goods, services and works, who it delivered, at what price, in what period of time. It can be said that full transparency and functionality of the Public Procurement Office of KSF has been achieved, as the largest organization of this type currently in BiH. According to Mladen Vujica, the Secretary of the Public Procurement Office for the needs of the users of the Central Bosnia Canton budget, with the launch of this office, a system has been installed that greatly facilitated their operations. We have taken over public procurement from January 1, 2018. The software we use has made it easier for us to work in a lot of segments to show the needs of 105 organizational units where we are bound by legal deadlines. Traditionally, they would not be able to realize all these purchases, and the office on this the method has an insight into the implementation of each framework agreement and the contract that has been inserted. This facilitated and accelerated all procedures. This is a small number of employees who work for 105 units, explained Vujica, adding that this enabled planning, realization and control of material consumption through public procurement. Axis Logistics for fleet tracking and better business Axis Logistics is a system that is designed to manage the fleet or other transportation and operating systems. This system is used by municipal, transport, logistic companies that in real time, at all times have an insight into where their teams are on the ground, what jobs they do and how much they have spent. For example, a utility company can use this platform for work orders, vehicle travel orders, service orders for parts and repairs to be integrated into a tablet that records all the data and sends it to the server. The operator knows at all times where the workers are, what they work, how much they have spent, mileage and other information are essential for achieving greater efficiency of business, added Davor Kupreskic, the companys director. Guinea is a company for digitizing business processes and their motto is that everything is measurable. We want to measure those processes under radar and thus bring value to an organization using our system. If utility companies, the Public Procurement Office SBC or MUP can measure data, it is possible to manage the processes in the organization in real time to manage the capacities of their organizations, which makes them more efficient and transparent. In the MUP, this is reflected in better management of public safety, budget, vehicles and other police capacities. When it comes to logistics, you get a more profitable fleet, vehicle inspection and infrastructure overview, explains Stipovic. Interested clients from countries of the region In order to become a user of their system, it is first necessary to consult on the use of a particular system to achieve the highest efficiency, unless it is the public sector for which the tender is to be realized. Their goal is to open the market in Bosnia and Herzegovina in the future, in terms of all systems, and are optimistic with information on the ground. We want our experience and the developed system to offer BiH organizations that we believe have problems in one of these segments, especially in Public Procurement. At present, Aksis.Nabava is the only system on the market that really has solved the entire Public Procurement procedure, from creating a plan to In the Central Bosnia Canton, they literally know how much they spend A4 formats in the past year, at what price, and what time dynamics. I think that KSB is the only organization in the state that has this information live, for all the procedures that have been conducted through system, in two clicks, said Stipovic, adding in the end: For each school, in particular, the ministry or the entire Government, they have achieved full transparency and efficiency in Public Procurement, professionalize this segment through the Public Procurement Office, very successfully, thus showing the way to other organizations in Bosnia and Herzegovina that have major problems with Public Procurement There is interest in the region, we have explored the market in Croatia, we saw that they have platforms that are at a lower level than our system, so we felt that space for creating new cooperation. We found partners and we are going to start the regional market , concluded Stipovic in a conversation with Klix.ba. |
