Work Detail The two contracts add a base bidding budget of 312,204 euros, with VAT. They go out to contest hirings for the supply of material and service of exploitation The administrative procedures for the implantation of the electronic administration in the town hall begin. To this end, the consistory has put out to tender a contract for supplies and another service, which between them would add a base bidding budget of 312,204 euros (VAT included). These projects, individually, will be financed by 80% with European funds from the ERDF program, while the remaining 20% ??will be provided by the municipality under the Sustainable Urban Development Strategy (EDUSI). The Ministry of Finance approved in May 2017 the strategy Mérida central, which would mean an investment in the city of 10 million euros from European funds. The EDUSI strategy seeks to promote urban development from an integral perspective through 15 lines of action, including the one aimed at improving access, use and quality of Information and Communication Technologies ( TIC). Within this line of action, the impulse of the electronic administration in the city council is contemplated. One of the two contracts is aimed at providing ICT infrastructure and equipment to implement Mérida central. This contract will allow the support of electronic administration, therefore, the necessary material for its implementation is contemplated: rack cabinets, network electronics and servers. The tender budget is 125,731.10 euros, with taxes included, and interested parties may submit their bids until next April 8. The term of execution of the works will be 40 calendar days after the formalization of the contract. According to the list of technical specifications, the installation is considered for all purposes "turnkey", so all equipment must be installed, configured and operational, including associated services to put it into operation, as well as all the material necessary. The awardee will offer maintenance and warranty for two years. The other contract has the purpose of contracting the service of administration and exploitation of information systems within the framework of the EDUSI strategy, which will cover the needs of the municipality in terms of the configuration and support of infrastructures and ICT applications. In this case, the base bidding budget is 186,491.25 euros (VAT included) and the duration of the contract will be three years. Offers may be submitted until April 8.
