Ramco Fabrics, a Ramco Group company and a division of Rajapalayam Mills, is setting up a new yarn dyeing and weaving plant at Rajapalayam in the state of Tamil Nadu.
The plant will see an investment to the tune of Rs 250 crore. It will have an initial production capacity of 10 million mtr of Greige yarn dyed fabrics per annum.
The unit will become operational by Q2/FY20. Apart from this, it will also cater to fibre dyeing needs of Ramco Melange products.
At present, Rajapalayam Mills has a capacity of around 1.35 lakh spindles. |
