• The Undersecretary of Transportation said that among the works is the conservation of Runway 05 Left and the extension of Terminal 2 • In meeting with the National Committee of Airport Managers, he underlined as a priority the remodeling of sanitary and electrical installations, drainage and increase contact positions In the next few days they will begin the maintenance works of Track 05 Left and extension of Terminal 2 of the International Airport of Mexico City (AICM), both with relevant investments, said Undersecretary of Transport, engineer Carlos Morán Moguel, who assured that President Andrés Manuel López Obrador is interested in the quality of the services offered, with special attention to the comfort of passengers. In a meeting with the National Committee of Airport Managers, Morán Moguel highlighted the remodeling of the sanitary, electrical and drainage facilities, as well as the internal communication of the airport and increasing the number of contact positions as priorities. Accompanied by the General Director of the AICM, Miguel Peláez Lira, Air Traffic Controller, the Undersecretary of Transportation stated that the improvements will be worked on as quickly as possible to increase efficiency in the operation and passenger service. The Assistant Secretary also asked the airline managers for all the support to make the AICM the most punctual airport in the world. For its part, the National Committee of Airport Managers, made up of representatives of airlines, thanked the availability of Morán Moguel to raise issues that are of interest, to improve airport operations for the benefit of users. |
