Works were tendered for the enhancement of the San Martín de Viedma square.
Viedma.- (APP) The public bidding for the work of putting value in the San Martín square of the Rio Negro capital stipulated, an official budget of 12,870,102 pesos, from the municipal state was carried out.
On this occasion, it was resolved to unfold the works and tender separately the different interventions that will be carried out in the historic square, which include the total replacement of the sidewalks and the incorporation of a new sprinkler irrigation system.
A first opening of envelopes was made for the work of replacement of sidewalks, both perimeter and internal roads, throughout the length of the square, with an official budget of 10 million 150 thousand 901 pesos.
Three offers were submitted. The first of them belonging to the Colote company that quoted the work in 9 million 674 thousand 262 pesos; the second was Cementos del Sur with an offer of 9 million 508 thousand 881 pesos; and the remaining of Construcciones Normalizadas Viedma, which offered 11 million 689 thousand 349 pesos.
The second opening was for the work of the irrigation system, the placement of banks and trees, with an official budget of 2 million 719 thousand 201 pesos. This opening included the presentation of three offers: The first corresponding to the firm Mario Macre, who quoted a single item for the sum of 517 thousand 404 pesos; the second in Colote for 2 million 790 thousand 461 pesos; and the third of Cementos del Sur with 2 million 664 thousand 090 pesos.
The mayor of Viedma, José Luis Foulkes, together with the Secretary of Territorial Ordinance, Mario Castro and officials of the area participated in the administrative act.
The communal leader pointed out that, in order to preserve the historical and cultural heritage, various meetings were held with the Human Rights organizations in order to rescue the spaces where the white handkerchiefs depicting the struggle of the Mothers and Grandmothers are painted. of Plaza de Mayo, in order to place them once the works have been completed.
The mayor highlighted the work, which will generate jobs and allow to value the most important square of the city, for its cultural heritage and identity.
In addition, it advanced the completion of the first stage of the asphalt plan, and the advance highlighted by the tender of the second stage, which will include paving works in excess of 70 million pesos. |
