The municipality of Casilda opened the bidding process for the construction of street paving in different points of the city.
The offers may be submitted until mid-February and, later that day, the envelopes will be opened in the Golden Hall of the Municipal Palace.
The call came after an agreement with the governor, Miguel Lifschitz, in the framework of the launch of the Provincial Urban Paving Plan and Complementary Works. The idea aims to transfer provincial resources to municipalities and communes dedicated exclusively to this type of works.
This will be possible by the enactment of Law 13,751 that gave the green light to the Santa Fe government to process before the International Financial Corporation of the World Bank Group a loan of 300 million dollars for this purpose.
The Intendancy stressed that "while the loan proceedings are in process, the province will transfer 3,143,604,649.38 pesos to municipalities and municipalities that have submitted the projects to begin with the execution of works." And he praised the provincial decision to face entrepreneurship that, in this economic context of recession in the country, "reactivates the economy by promoting the continuation of works that generate employment and movement in the domestic market." |
