ARH Informatikai Zrt. Can install automated biometric border control gates for Ferihegy and Debrecen airports for a net HUF 406 million. Estimated net worth was $ 466 million.
The result of the open public procurement was announced by the National Police Headquarters (ORFK) in the EU public procurement bulletin .

The winner will have to install a total of 14 gates, of which 12 will be at Liszt Ferenc International Airport in Budapest, while the other two will be at the Debrecen International Airport. The delivery of a further 4 biometric gates was included in the call as an option, and can be called by the ORFK within 24 months of signing the contract. The contract was signed on 3 January by the parties.
In addition to sliding gate systems, delivery includes hardware and software that can be identified, video monitoring and camera systems, as well as installation and test operation. The tender Vision Box - Solucoes de Visao por Computador SA was also invalidated by the tender.
From June 2014, the biometric lock system operates in the area designated for border control of passengers leaving the Schengen area at the departure level of Terminal 2 of the Budapest Liszt Ferenc International Airport.
