The Ministry of Public Sector said that it has made administrative reforms through decisions taken in 2018, including the start of a training program for the bases of cost accounting and pricing for heads of boards and account managers in all companies, in cooperation with the Leadership Development Center. The Ministrys decisions are to guide the holding companies to establish a mechanism for continuous communication with the trade union committees of the affiliated companies and to provide the Ministry with the mechanism and its results on an ongoing basis. The Ministry has worked with three of the largest software companies to design and implement the Enterprise Resource Management (ERP) program, covering four main areas (financial management, human resource management, procurement management and warehouse management), to standardize and automate business processes and reduce costs. A specialized consultant is being drawn up to draft the conditions booklet and standardize the procedures manual for each of the four areas.
