Notice of contractor selection results showed that, at Package 7, Consortium Sinohydro Corporation Limited - Power China Kuming Engineering Corporation Limited Consortium won the bid with winning bid price of 727,924 billion dong, down more than 62 billion dong compared to bidding package price , equivalent to nearly 8% savings rate.
