Prince Turki bin Talal bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Governor of Asir Region, held a meeting with representatives of government agencies in the region concerned with the operation of an air ambulance project in the region. The delegation includes Director General of Health Affairs Khaled Asiri, Red Mohammed Shahri and Director of Abha Airport Engineer Ahmed Al-Qahtani.
In addition, the meeting reviewed mechanisms to follow-up the introduction of advanced emergency services in the region and to study and discuss the emergency projects, which include the Air Ambulance project.
During the meeting, Deputy Emir Aseer briefed the delegation on the tasks that have been accomplished for the implementation of the project. These projects include the locations of the planned landing sites, the digital communications infrastructure and its system, as well as many services aimed at improving emergency services in the Asir region. And praise for team spirit.
