Minister of Industry and Trade Marta Nováková has announced the 3rd year of the National Conversion of Waste to Resources 2019. The competition will last until March, the results announcement and the winners will be held in the first half of June 2019 in the Senate of the Parliament of the Czech Republic.
Minister thanked the winners last year for their great projects. "Its fascinating with what ideas, projects and innovative solutions you are coming to. For me, it is a proof that you enjoy it and you know how you can use what you have learned.
It testifies to your imagination, creativity and diligence. We will always be surprised at how many possibilities exist for you to use secondary raw materials in various business and study fields, " said Marta Nováková, Minister of Industry and Trade, on the occasion of the third year of the nationwide Waste Conversion Competition.
According to the minister, the Ministry of Industry and Trade is very well aware of the importance of waste processing for the Czech industry and tries to implement it in strategic documents such as Raw Materials Policy and Secondary Raw Materials Policy of the Czech Republic.
The ceremony was attended by winners of the previous competitions together with the representatives of the Economic Chamber of the Czech Republic, the Confederation of Industry of the Czech Republic, the Union of Towns and Municipalities and the Czech Association of Circulation, who participated in the evaluation of individual projects.
The aim of the competition, organized by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic, is not only education but also presentation of examples from the practice of successful Czech companies that have found their business opportunity in the Czech economy. They produce raw materials for their own production and are successful on their products.
Minister of Industry and Trade Marta Nováková visited the 10th year of the Young Engineers Competition in CNC Machine Programming as part of its work program at the 60th Engineering Fair in Brno.
