If you have or are preparing a project for the energy savings of buildings from the Operational Program Environment (OPE), you will be busy. To co-finance you can conveniently borrow from the State Environmental Fund of the Czech Republic - again under more favorable conditions and for a wider range of expenses. Other calls for soft loans were also updated. The loan from the State Environmental Fund of the Czech Republic (the Fund) can be drawn together with the subsidy of the OPE for the energy-saving renovation of public buildings ( call No. 3/2016 PU ). However, the loan is also fully covered by energy efficiency contracting (EPC) projects. The realization of the EPC-based project is the provision of comprehensive services in the field of energy consumption, especially by the effective search on the side of its savings. But the news does not end there. The loan can also be redeployed to the so-called over-the-limit project costs, up to the difference between the materially eligible costs and the limits for the subsidy, or also to the coverage of the higher eligible costs of the project after the selection procedure for the contractor. At the same time, the deadline for receiving applications was extended until the end of 2019. Advantageous loans for better waste management Preferred loans are not just a matter of energy savings, they can also be used to build and modernize waste collection, sorting and treatment facilities and waste recovery facilities. Call 1/2016 PU is also open to private applicants by the end of 2018 or until the allocation is reached. On the other hand, the loan can not be used for water projects such as the construction of water pipes, water treatment plants, sewage systems, sewage treatment plants and others. ( Call No 2/2016 PU ). Due to the depletion of the allocation, receipt of loan applications was terminated. |
