Work Detail |
CEZ Distribuce from the CEZ Group has completed a major strategic construction - the 110 kV Triangle substation, which will provide more than 50 MW power to connect NEXEN TIRE Europe sro The switchboard located in the Triangle industrial zone near Žatec will expand the necessary distribution capacity to new investors and thus new jobs in the region. The investment costs for this event climbed to nearly 200 million crowns. Thanks to the new Nexen production plant, up to 1500 new jobs will be created in the Usti Region. CEZ Distribuce has been building the Triangle Industrial Zone since its inception since 2006. The connection of the zone was triggered by the demands of the Ústí nad Labem Region and in 2006-2007. CEZ Distribuce in an energy facility for the development of this site has invested more than 115 million crowns. Power generators built a very high voltage line of 2x110 kV on the highway Triangle, a 22 kV substation and a 22 kV cable distribution in the area of ??the industrial zone. The second stage of Triangle development Another power boost for the industrial zone started in 2011 by the construction of a simple 110 kV line from the Žatec transformer to the Triangle transformer operated at a 110 kV voltage level and the construction of a 110 kV outgoing pole in Žatec transformer. The length of the new high-voltage line is 5.6 km and the route is made up of 24 lattice masts. We completed the construction of the 110kV substation in TR Triangle in mid-August 2018 and is currently running in trial mode. Investment costs climbed to almost 200 million crowns, says Jirí Kudrnác, Member of the Board of Directors of CEZ Distribuce. The construction of the Triangle substation was realized on the basis of a request for the connection of a significant applicant to NEXEN TIRE Europe sro The required power of 50 MW is connected to a voltage level of 110 kV, it was necessary to guide the 110 kV outgoing pole in the new Triangle transformer. The required power input and the nature of the sampling point meant for the applicant the construction of a 110/22 kV transformer. Both new transformers are connected by a 110 kV cable line, the investor of which is NEXEN TIRE Europe sro Technological modifications (expansion of the fields) also affected the 22 kV substation including the control system and the protection. The switchgear is designed as an outdoor, with two busbar systems, with three 110kV line outlets, one of the outlets for the applicant, two 110 / 22kV outlets for transformers and one bus bar field. In the Triangle Transformer are installed two 40 MVA power transformers. In the framework of the Triangle transformer, it was necessary to make technological adjustments in the Výškov transformer, ie. switching the supply lines from a voltage level of 22 kV to 110 kV. According to the project documentation, the power transformer supplies two lines from the Výškov transformer (originally operated at a voltage level of 22 kV) and one from Zatec transformer, at a voltage level of 110 kV. Moving to the 110 kV voltage level enabled the transformation of the 110/22 kV transformer through the T101 transformer, with the possibility of a T102 backup. Final landscaping within and around the transformation plant was completed as part of the finishing process. completion of the asphalt surfaces of the service road in the transformer area. An approval decision was issued and negotiations with the Ústí nad Labem Region were commenced on the completion of the process of installing the easements and the purchase of the land on the premises of the transformer. The cooperation with CEZ Distribuce was carried out in a fair manner and at the agreed dates. We are very pleased to welcome the production line again, thanks to the power boost, explains Ivan Dzido, a representative of NEXEN TIRE Europe sro It will also be the first Nexen Tire factory in Europe. The work will find up to 1500 mechanics, specialists and other experts for its operation. South Koreas Nexen Tire is one of the worlds leading tire manufacturers. Thanks to the new production plant, up to 1500 new jobs will be created in the Ústecký Region. The planned annual production capacity will reach 12 million tire per year in the final phase. |
