The European Structural and Investment Funds are prepared to draw CZK 11.9 billion next year to be distributed in 16 new challenges. The largest amount of money (CZK 4 billion) is dedicated to the energy-efficient renovation of buildings for public use and another planned wave of potable subsidies (CZK 3 billion).
Resources for rainwater management in municipalities and towns, preventive measures against floods and protection of water resources (CZK 2.65 billion) will continue to be available. More than 1 billion crowns are prepared to protect the countryside and nature, and similar allocations are also earmarked for waste management projects.
Additionally, 11 additional calls will already be opened for the next year for CZK 8.7bn, for which the receipt of applications is spread over a longer period of time. Applications for subsidies are received by the State Environmental Fund of the Czech Republic and, in the case of calls from Priority Axis 4, the Nature Conservation Agency of the Czech Republic through IS KP14 + Information System.
