Botkyrka municipality is the fifth largest municipality in the Stockholm area with more than 90,000 inhabitants. Our business is conducted with a clear customer focus. In support of the procurement work, we use TendSign, a web-based procurement system, and have begun work on introducing electronic commerce. Our task is to develop and strategically handle the total purchasing volume for the municipality amounting to approximately 2.1 billion. The procurement unit today has about fifteen employees who together run and develop procurement and purchasing activities with the goal of being a spearhead in the public procurement. We have introduced category responses that mean that we deepen ourselves in each category to work more proactively towards our customers with an overall perspective. We are now looking for a Category Manager / Contractor to the Central Procurement Unit with a focus on technical consultants, land, operations and maintenance contracts. In particular, you will support the Municipal Building Administration and Technical Administration in their procurement. Your duties will mainly consist of: • To act as a process leader in cooperation with relevant activities. • Manage, manage and follow up signed agreements within your area of ??responsibility. • To develop the municipalitys work on procurement and follow-up in cooperation with our contractual controller. • Providing support and advice in procurement. and rejection issues We work consultatively and value quality and service. You will also participate in internal development projects. qualifications • Higher education with a focus on purchasing alternatively in construction or equivalent knowledge acquired in other ways • Work experience in the construction industry or in purchasing / tendering • Expressing well in speech and writing in the Swedish language • Experience of public procurement in the role as a purchaser or supplier (qualifying) • Experience in procurement in engineering and community construction and standard agreements such as AB, ABT, ABK and reference work as AMA Facility (qualifying) • Implemented training in project management, preferably in construction (merit) We attach great importance to your personal qualities and seek you who are goal- and result-oriented and self-employed.
